ANTON TSIPAN
HEAD COACH
Anton Tsipan, 28, is a former professional hockey player (Belarusian Extraliga – the country’s top level). He has been coaching since the age of 22 and has over 6 years of experience. Founder of the Hockey Staff school. He holds a degree in sports coaching from Belarus and a German coaching license, and regularly upgrades his skills through international (including American) training programs.
Anton is a certified coach focused on skating technique and skill development, with attention to detail and a positive training atmosphere.
He works for results, develops players’ game intelligence, and builds a strong team culture.
His goal is not just to teach technique, but to build confidence, thinking on the ice, and a true love for the game. Parents appreciate his openness, kids find inspiration in his energy — and Anton believes his biggest achievements are still ahead.

We don’t just teach skating and shooting — we create an atmosphere where kids love hockey and develop in all areas. Our training sessions are a lively process with an individual approach, where every child receives attention, support, and motivation.

Who is it for?
For children and teenagers aged 6 to 15 from Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands who want to grow in hockey and enjoy the process.
CHILDREN'S SUCCESS STORY
Nino is nine years old and has been stepping onto the ice with great passion since the age of four. He currently plays for EHC Chur, where he continues to grow and develop into an increasingly complete player. Since he was seven, Nino has been training regularly with Anton and the Hockeystaff team. The main focus has been on skating and technical skills — two areas in which he has made remarkable progress over the past years. What Nino loves most about the training is the feeling of becoming better after every session. Anton’s motivating and child-friendly approach helps Nino push his limits while never feeling overwhelmed. As a family, we are very grateful to Anton for his time, dedication, and the passion with which he supports Nino on his hockey journey. Together, they are building a strong foundation for his future athletic development.
